He is also an award-winning cookbook author, well-known TV personality and entrepreneur who always draws inspiration from French cuisine and interprets it in his own modern way. For Danyel, cooking is about encounters between people, cultures and tastes – something that becomes clear in everything from his restaurants to his cookbooks, TV shows and digital channels. On 25/10, the audience will meet him live in Gothenburg, in an evening where passion, craftsmanship and gastronomy take center stage.
